Based out of Austin, Emmanuel Tomes captures soulful vocals and electric blues-funk melodies, relentlessly moving the listener from gripping emotional tones to thunderous electric sounds that you feel down to your feet.Emmanuel and his sister Elyssa formed the duo group E2 in 2013 and made strides playing in the San Antonio area, landing spots at public and private venues, on Great Day SA and Bud Light Battle of the Bands competitions.

The duo received a major blow when Elyssa passed away in 2016, but the other half of the duo is dedicated to completing their first album October Skies in honor of Elyssa.  

Over the years Emmanuel has crafted a musical narrative reflecting personal battles and societal critique in an eclectic fusion of blues-soul and funk.
