Emmanuel Tomes

Emmanuel Tomes captures soulful vocals and blues-funk melodies, relentlessly moving the listener from a gripping emotional cadence to vibrant electric tones.

Emmanuel and his sister Elyssa formed the duo group E2 in 2013 and made strides playing in the San Antonio area, landing spots at public and private venues, on Great Day SA and Bud Light Battle of the Bands competitions. The duo received a major blow when Elyssa passed away in 2016, but the other half of the duo is dedicated to keeping the music flowing.  

Over the years Emmanuel has crafted a musical narrative reflecting personal battles and societal critique in an eclectic fusion of folk, blues and funk.
